Conference registration fees
are depending on the registration period and EMVA member organisations
benefit from reduced fees. Invoicing is done via the registration platform offering
comfortable online payment using credit cards.
Early Bird Registration | until Sunday, March 1st, 2026

Cancellation policy
A cancellation of registration may be done via the online registration portal at any time.
Paid registrants may cancel until Wednesday, May 6th, 2026, without charge by contacting payments@emva.org. After that date, a €100 cancellation fee applies. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Wednesday, June 3rd, 2026. Personalised entrance tickets related to the optional tours are not refundable!
